I miss my 80s hair. I really do.
It was glorious — a true lion’s mane. Look at it. How can you not, right? Especially with that magnificent back lighting… I mean, c’mon. It was the 80s, and big hair was cool.

Hi, I’m Daniel Scherl — Director, Storyteller, and CEO.

Since I was a kid, I’ve been immersed in the creative world — writing, photography, cinematography, acting, voiceover, podcasting, web design, graphic design, and more.
Creativity isn’t just something I do; it’s how I see the world.

I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively, capturing thousands of moments across cultures and landscapes. That passion fuels the work you’ll find on this website today.

Professional highlights?
I’ve collaborated with major studios like DreamWorks, Warner Brothers, Disney and more. I’ve also done really cool jobs like photographed Steven Spielberg’s daughter’s Bat Mitzvah and directed and filmed the Michelin International Gourmet Food Festival in Portugal.

And I’ve loved working just as much with them as I have independent artists, entrepreneurs, dancers, musicians, and countless creators chasing their dreams because I truly believe that every story matters, and every dream is worth capturing.

Before launching my production company, I also spent years as a senior executive in corporate America — which surprisingly made me a better artist, entrepreneur, and creative partner.

Creativity runs in the family.
My grandfather was President of Scherl & Roth, a major musical instrument company in the 1940s and 50s. I also have very creative siblings and cousins. Creativity has been a part of my world since I arrived here on Earth. 🙂

Today, when I’m not behind a camera or a keyboard, you’ll find me cooking, gaming, or chasing down the next great idea.
